1. Our Refund Commitment

2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- This is your first purchase of a SelloToWP license
- Your refund request is made within 7 days of the original payment date
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- The Plugin could not be made to work due to a verified bug on our end
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Renewal charges — subscriptions renew automatically and renewals are non-refundable
- Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
- You changed your mind after the 7-day window
- Your WordPress or WooCommerce environment is incompatible with the Plugin (please test before purchasing)
- You violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing license keys, distributing the Plugin)
- Downgrade or plan-switching requests — we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle downgrades
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at refunds@sellotowp.com with subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]"
- Include your registered email address and the reason for your refund
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Razorpay. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. License Revocation on Refund
When a refund is approved, your license key will be revoked immediately. The Plugin will enter restricted mode on your WordPress site. You will need to remove the Plugin from your installation.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations arise. If you fall outside the standard refund criteria but have a genuine concern, please contact us. We evaluate all cases individually and aim to find a fair resolution.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly for both parties and result in immediate account and license suspension. We are committed to resolving all disputes directly and promptly.
