Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using SelloToWP ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin. These Terms apply to all users, including those who access the Plugin via a paid license.

2. Description of Service

SelloToWP is a WordPress plugin that enables users to import and synchronize products from Cartpe-powered stores into WooCommerce. The Plugin is provided with license-based access control, remote validation, and automatic updates via sellotowp.com.

3. License Grant

Upon purchasing a license, SelloToWP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress websites specified in your plan:

• Starter Plan: 1 website, up to 500 products, manual import only
• Pro Plan: 1 website, unlimited products, auto-sync every 12 hours
• Agency Plan: up to 5 websites, all Pro features, priority support

This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription only.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT use SelloToWP to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin or your license key to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Scrape data from websites you do not have authorization to access
• Share your license key publicly or with other parties
• Use the Plugin for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the license validation system

5. License Validation & Remote Features

The Plugin communicates with SelloToWP servers to validate your license approximately every 12 hours. If your license cannot be verified (expired subscription, revocation, or connectivity issues), the Plugin may enter restricted mode. You agree to this remote communication as a condition of use.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are charged monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change with 30 days' notice. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until expiration. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation unless covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

SelloToWP, its source code, branding, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of SelloToWP and its creators. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or compatibility with all WordPress/WooCommerce configurations. Use the Plugin at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelloToWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption — arising from use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin ceases immediately.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-plugin notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
